Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 29, 2026 · ON2 Network, LLC
ON2 Network, LLC ("ON2," "we," "our," or "us") operates the ON2 mobile and web application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using ON2 you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name and email address. You may optionally provide a display name, profile photo, cover photo, location, motorcycle type, riding style, biography, and birthday month/day.
User-Generated Content
We store posts, photos, videos, comments, reviews, event listings, place reviews, ride routes, ride photos, and messages you create within the App.
Location Data
With your permission, the App may access your device's GPS coordinates to enable ride tracking, check-in features, nearby rider discovery, and weather forecasts. Location data is used in real time and, for ride tracking, is stored as part of your ride record.
Device & Usage Data
We may automatically collect browser/device type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction events (button clicks, feature usage) to improve the App.
Push Notification Tokens
If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device token to deliver alerts about friend requests, messages, and community activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the App, including social feed, ride tracking, and community features.
- Personalize your experience (rider matching, nearby riders, weather advisories).
- Send notifications about friend requests, messages, events, and account activity.
- Celebrate community milestones such as birthdays and leaderboard rankings.
- Monitor and improve App performance and security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:
- Other users: Profile information (name, photo, location, bike info, bio) and public posts are visible to other ON2 members according to your privacy settings.
- Service providers: We use third-party platforms (such as cloud storage, authentication, and analytics providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ON2 and its users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Your Privacy Controls
- Feed visibility: You can set your posts to public or private in your Profile settings.
- Location: You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. Some features (ride tracking, nearby riders) will be unavailable without it.
- Push notifications: You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
- Account deletion: You may delete your account and associated content from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, your posts and personal data are permanently removed. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
ON2 is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites (such as Facebook or mapping services). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact Us
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us through the Contact Us page or reach us on Facebook.
