2. Purpose of the Site
ON2 is a community platform for riders and visitors to discover, review, post, and share places, stops, comments, images, and related content.
3. User Accounts and Access
You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account and for keeping your login access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post, including text, reviews, photos, and comments. By posting content, you grant ON2 a non-exclusive right to display, store, reproduce, and share that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.
5. Content Rules
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit, or spam content. You also agree not to upload content you do not have permission to use.
6. Reviews and Community Posts
Reviews and posts reflect individual user opinions. ON2 does not guarantee that user-submitted content is accurate, complete, or reliable.
7. Removal and Moderation
ON2 may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, harm the community, or create legal or safety concerns.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ON2 is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.
9. Intellectual Property
The ON2 name, branding, design, and platform content other than user submissions are owned by or licensed to ON2 and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ON2 makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ON2 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
12. Changes to These Terms
ON2 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Use
You agree to use the site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations where you access it.
14. Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)
ON2 and ON2 Network, LLC maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAE). Protecting children is a top priority for our community, and we are committed to keeping the ON2 platform safe for all users.
We do not allow any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the exploitation of minors. Any such content is prohibited and will be removed immediately upon discovery. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we comply with all applicable reporting requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent international laws.
If you encounter content on ON2 that you believe violates these child safety standards, please report it immediately so we can take swift action. Reports can be submitted through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at the email listed in the Contact section below. We review every report urgently.
